At Next Kit Home, we take pride in offering top-quality kitsets supplied to adhere to the NZ building code. No matter where you build, the kitset will comply. We've thought of everything, even stainless steel screws, making them perfect for coastal areas and the Pacific Islands. This outstanding feature comes standard with all our kits.
We also offer louvre window options instead of double glazed for those in the islands.
We're trying to make this as easy as possible. We even have access to a nationwide NZ build and compliance team ready on standby to assist with the build. Details below...
NEW ZEALAND
Delivery : Our efficient Auckland team can assemble the kitset in around 2- 2.5 weeks. Delivery to your location in NZ will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: We're delighted to offer FREE delivery within New Zealand, allowing you to enjoy our kitsets without any additional shipping charges.
Building in New Zealand: We understand that building can be a daunting process. That's why we are here to help! We have a Licensed Building Practitioner ready to help with consents and councils, ensuring a smooth experience for you.
We also have access to a traveling build crew. Available to travel throughout New Zealand. While these services come at an additional cost, we can assist you obtaining a detailed price estimate.
PACIFIC ISLANDS
Delivery : The kitset assembly takes around 2 - 2.5 weeks. Due to shipping timelines, delivery to your country will be completed in around 2-3 months (depending on the country shipping schedule).
Shipping Costs: For our customers in Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Cook Islands, and Niue, we also provide FREE shipping. However, please note that for Pacific Island countries (excluding Cook Islands), you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and clearances in the port. We deliver to other pacific islands but it will attract an additional shipping charge. Contact us for details.
Payment Schedule: Transparency is our priority. We honor our commitment to suppliers by making upfront payments. To make it easier for you, the payment schedule is 85% before delivery, and the remaining 15% before shipment or delivery to your site.

What will you get? The Mahana kitset studio arrives with the following:
Studio Kitchen: cupboard, cupboard doors, benchtop, sink, tapware, plumbing materials, electrical materials, power point, gib interior, recessed lighting and vinyl flooring.
Studio Living: gib interior, recessed lighting, vinyl flooring, electrical materials, aluminium sliding door, ceiling fan, power point, and TV aerial input.
Bathroom: aqualine interior, 900x900 shower, vanity, toilet, mirror with cupboard, tapware, fixtures and fittings, window, recessed lighting.
Deck: 2m wide pine in the length of the studio, exterior lighting with a roof.
Plumbing: all plumbing materials (pipes, tapware, sink, connectors, etc).
Electrical: all electrical materials (wiring, switches, power points, etc).
Exterior Cladding: treated V groove ply and paint.
Framing: steel framing including floor plate and screws.
Flooring: vinyl flooring and adhesive glue for the full interior (upgrades available).
Insulation: polystyrene panels, building wrap and batts.
Roofing: zincalume including all flashings and screws, outdoor TV antennae.
Water: gas water heater and water filter.
Interior Cladding: gib and aqualine for interior including all screws and paint.
Cooling: 1 x ceiling fan.
Foundation: timber piles.
