Jase is the kitset sales guru on all other Pacific Islands. we've been shipping around the pacific islands for years. You will often see Jase in our videos. Kat focuses on marketing efforts while also dedicating time to teaching children read at Next Lesson.

Yes! We ship to all Pacific Islands. 

All kitsets are put together in Auckland and shipped within NZ or loaded to a ship for delivery to Cook Islands, Samoa, Fiji, Tonga, Niue and others. The price on our website includes shipping to your country. Additional shipping charges apply to other countries. Contact us for details.

Definitely! But just keep in mind that making changes will come with a cost. Our team will need to redo the architectural plans, our quantity surveyor will adjust the materials, and we'll also spend some time ensuring that the materials and changes meet the NZ building code. Please note that all changes require a minimum fee of $2,000. Feel free to contact us for more information.

We want to give you a heads up though - we've put a lot of effort into optimizing the use of every material, so there's no unnecessary waste. If you're considering changing the exterior walls, please be aware that it will significantly increase the price.

We know things will happen that are out of our control. Especially in transit , but don't worry, we've got your back! We'll make it right as quickly as possible. 

If you're in New Zealand, our NZ Sales Manager will take care of replacing any missing or broken items. 

For our international customers, simply let us know about the issue, and if we can't arrange a local replacement, we'll go the extra mile and fly it to you. We recently had a cracked cistern on a toilet, we couldn't buy the right one locally so we flew a new one from New Zealand to the Cook Islands to make it right. Rest assured, we'll do whatever it takes to ensure you have everything you need for your kitset house.

We like to keep things upfront and transparent. When you place your order for the kitset, we kindly ask for 85% of the total price as an initial payment. This helps us cover the costs of paying our suppliers in advance. 

The remaining 15% can be paid just before the delivery of your kitset. We want to make sure you're fully satisfied before the final payment is made.

Absolutely! A fully furnished package for a 2 bedroom including Oven, Fridge, Queen Beds, Linen, 50" Smart TV, 3 + 2 Seater couches, coffee table, dining table and chairs and everything else needed (even tea towels and bath mats) is $19,500. Pricing varies depending on the kitset size. 

PACIFIC ISLANDS: It takes around 2 weeks for our team to put the kitset together. It will take around 6 weeks to deliver depending on shipping cut offs. We'll be able to give you a more accurate timeframe when the order is placed.
